Pre-Purchase Legal Notice

No Refunds, Limitation of Liability & Buyer Responsibility (UK)

By proceeding with the purchase of any asset listed on Ready Business, including but not limited to AiRealtor.UK, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Nature of the Product

The Buyer understands that they are purchasing a digital business asset, which may include:

  • Domain name(s)
  • DNS configuration
  • Hosting setup and deployment infrastructure
  • Website files and repository access
  • Automation workflows
  • Pipeline documentation
  • Associated digital intellectual property

This is not the purchase of a trading company, regulated estate agency, guaranteed revenue stream, investment product, or financial instrument. All assets are transferred in their current condition.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the immediate and irreversible nature of digital asset transfer — including domain transfer initiation, repository access, documentation release, and hosting credential issuance — all sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations, reversals, or chargebacks will be issued once:

  • Payment has been successfully processed; or
  • Transfer procedures have commenced; or
  • Access credentials have been delivered.

This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which remove cancellation rights for digital content once performance has begun with consumer consent.

By completing payment, the Buyer expressly consents to immediate performance and waives any statutory right to cancellation where applicable.

3. No Financial or Performance Guarantees

Ready Business and AiRealtor.UK make no representations or warranties regarding:

  • Revenue generation
  • Profitability
  • Lead volume
  • Conversion rates
  • Regulatory approval
  • Commercial viability
  • Market demand
  • Business success

The Buyer acknowledges that business performance depends entirely on the Buyer’s execution, marketing, compliance, and operational competence. No forward-looking statements constitute guarantees.

4. Regulatory & Legal Responsibility

The Buyer accepts full responsibility for ensuring compliance with all applicable UK laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018
  • The Money Laundering Regulations 2017 (as amended)
  • Estate Agents Act 1979
  • Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading Regulations 2008
  • Equalities Act 2010
  • Any professional licensing or registration requirements

Ready Business does not provide legal, regulatory, tax, or compliance advice. The Buyer must obtain independent professional advice before trading.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by English law, Ready Business, its operators, affiliates, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits
  • Loss of revenue
  • Loss of opportunity
  • Business interruption
  • Regulatory penalties
  • Reputational damage
  • Indirect or consequential loss

Total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the asset in question. Nothing in this clause excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

6. “As Is” Provision

All assets are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Fitness for a particular purpose
  • Merchantability
  • Non-infringement
  • Accuracy or completeness of documentation
  • Compatibility with third-party systems

The Buyer assumes full risk for use of the asset.

7. Due Diligence Acknowledgement

By proceeding with payment, the Buyer confirms that:

  • They have conducted their own due diligence
  • They understand the risks of launching a business
  • They are not relying on Ready Business for financial advice
  • They are entering the transaction in a commercial capacity

If purchasing as a consumer, the Buyer confirms they understand this is a digital business asset and not a guaranteed income product.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
